This was a free Winter check, much appreciated, and completed quickly.
There very friendly and helpful if there is a problem it get sorted not that there has been a problem

Considering I bought a brand new car, I had it within a month. Sam and Alex kept me up to speed along the way and helped tremendously when we had problems with my private number plate.

zero documentation or information about any work carried out.Service history not updated on onboard computer. Was the service actually carried out? I have no proof if that's the case. No documentation in relation to tyre wear, brake pad wear etc.

When I collected my keys and paid I was told my car had been cleaned,however when I got to my car it obviously hadn't been, how to make a customer feel let down, I didn't go back in as I needed to get on but I was disappointed.

The service and attention given to us by Georgina and Leo during the sale can only be described as exceptional, which includes the after sales queries we have had, not to mention alterations to our original specification.
The work we request has been done to our satisfaction and we have never had to return. We now joke when we leave saying ; see you in 12 months for the next service!

The staff at mini harrogate are always great and I love my car but I was quite unhappy when my car had its last appointment on the care plan and it wasnt cleaned. This was disappointing as I was told this would happen.

The service received from Arber is the best I have received from any motor dealer. Arber is friendly, enthusiastic and has great product knowledge. He also carried out the repair whilst I waited even though I hadnt booked the car in beforehand.
